Last weekend Geoff had a golf tournament in West Virginia, about 3 hours away from where I live. His tournaments this season are limited and few and I really wanted to make it to one and so I decided to make the trip. His tee time on Saturday was 8 AM!! That meant I needed to get up at 3 a.m., to leave my house at 4 a.m., to be at his parents house at 5 a.m., to try and see him tee off at 8 a.m. Wow, was I exhausted when we arrived. But then, I began observing my surroundings and noticed that we were in mountain-country. The golf course was basically built on a mountain (probably large hills but to me they were mountains) and so that is what we had to walk on the whole day for 18 HOLES!! exhausted...
Talk about true love... :-) hehe!!
Though it may have been a long, exhausting day it was all worth it!! It was fun watching Geoff compete and spending time with him and his family. All-in-all it was a great, fun day!!!

Yah, true love for sure!! At least it is relaxing scenery. JUST INTENSE shots. LOL Fun times.
I just spent the better part of ten minutes researching what country is responsible for the strange spelling of "tourny" rather than the superior American way "tourney." Sadly no results - and dictionary.com does not believe it is a word. Wikipedia says this (and naturally, Wikipedia is correct because it is practically modern day scripture):
"Tourny is a commune in the Eure department in Haute-Normandie in northern France."
Therefore, I blame the French. Cease this silly spelling at once, or I shall be forced to taunt you a second time.
